Libby
A downloadable digital media collection provided by libraries in Central New Jersey (formerly ListenNJ) that contains eBooks and audiobooks. A new feature recently added is magazines. As of March, RBdigital’s collection of magazines is now available through Libby.
eBooks/Audiobooks
- When you sign in to eLibraryNJ, please select STELLA from the list of Libraries.
- Check out a maximum of 5 books at a time for up to 21 days.
- No overdue fees; books are automatically returned to the library at the end of the lending period.

Magazines
- When you sign in to eLibraryNJ, please select STELLA from the list of Libraries.
- The magazines will appear towards the top of the page
- Patrons will have unlimited checkouts of magazines through Libby. Over 3,000 titles are available
- Checking out magazines on your account will not affect your count total of ebook and audiobook checkouts
- The borrowing period of magazines will be 7, 14, or 21 days (you get to choose)
- You will also have the option to renew a magazine within three days of the end of the borrowing period. Please remember you can borrow any magazine at any time without waiting.

Hoopla
Hoopla is a digital content provider of music, eBooks, audio-books, movies, comics, and television, with currently more than 400,000 titles available across those formats. LMxAC member library patrons have access to all content instantly, without having to place a hold or wait for a title to become available.
- Check out a maximum of 7 items per month (borrow eBooks, comics, and audio books for 21 days; music albums for 7 days).
- No overdue fees; items are automatically returned to the library at the end of the lending period.
- Please be aware that the Edison Public Library has a daily lending limit for the Hoopla service. If you receive an error after selecting an item, please try again after midnight.

Kanopy
Kanopy provides access to a video streaming service which offers a broad selection of quality documentaries, feature films, and training videos. Content producers including The Criterion Channel, The Great Courses, PBS, Music Box Films, Kino Lorber, First Run Features, BBC, and many more.
- Library cardholders are entitled to 7 checkouts per month, and each checkout is active for a three-day period.
- No overdue fees; items are automatically returned to the library at the end of the lending period

PressReader
PressReader provides access to more than 7000 of the world’s top newspapers and magazines from over 100 countries in over 60 languages. You will find today’s newspapers and magazines and archives up to 60 days, depending on the title. Library card holders will also be able to browse articles and other key content, such as pictures, advertisements, classifieds, and notices. The newspapers and magazines will appear in a full-color, full-page format on your computer, tablet, or phone.

LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning, formerly known as Lynda.com, is an online educational site that features thousands of courses and video tutorials that helps individuals grow business, technology, and creative skills.
To Access for the first time:
- Click on “Get Started”
- Enter your library card number and pin number. Click “Continue”
- Click on “Sounds Good”
- Click on any 3 Topics that you would be interested in and care for the most. Click “Continue”
- Have the option to track your progress between (15min-2hrs) to remind you to keep learning (Click Set Goal). You can always go back to set your goal (click on Maybe Later)
- Click on “Start Learning” and you are ready to go!
Please note that you can only access course content through the Edison Public Library’s LinkedIn Learning login page, and not by directly visiting the LinkedIn Learning homepage.
Also note that LinkedIn Learning is accessible through your mobile device as well by downloading the LinkedIn Learning app from Google Play or the App Store. Once you open the app, select Sign In and then Sign in with your Library Card. It will then ask you for the library ID which is:

Log in with your EPL Card number and PIN and you will be ready to start learning.
